Some items are for collection only from our retail store in Carnforth. These are marked in the title and description. 

Please allow 7 to 14 days  for delivery of online orders.  If delivery is going to be longer than the time quoted an email with a revised delivery date will be sent as soon as possible.

Out of stock items - You will be advised as such on purchase and will be dispatched as soon as they become available. We rely on suppliers information on delivery dates of out of stock items and sometimes this information can change at short notice notice but we will endeavour to advise you if this happens as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Returns

We do hope you love your received items but if for any reason you want to return them, you may do so, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You will need to return the item at your own expense, securely packaged with your name and order number inside. Orders returned after 30 days will not be refunded and you will have to arrange collection to get the items back to you. If you are outside of the U.K and receive a faulty item, we will be unable to replace your item and will refund you instead. Faulty Goods

If a product arrives faulty we will replace it or refund you. This guarantee does not cover items misused or abused. In case of faulty goods please contact us via sales@belleandmac.co.uk with photographic evidence, your order number and name you used to place the order. Goods should not be returned to Belle & Mac without prior agreement. All agreed returns should be packed correctly and returned to Belle and Mac detailing the returns. Only Goods in their original packaging will be credited.
